How can any acheive 10 launces each with 24h duration in 7 days?

You'll need to be a part of the spaceship launch with an active Quantum Leap bonus. You can either get it yourself or join launches of other players that have it — I believe there's a whole section of this forum called Space Launches dedicated to just that.

Go to the Space Launch thread, if you see a QL green listed, send a friend request to the person hosting the launch, then you can join in. I'll be doing some more in a couple of hours and will post there.
We are already neighbors.

Who can initiate QL?

Anyone with ql can activate a ql, however, if I have an active ql the first thing I do is to check if there are other threads with qls and I join those with active qls rather than start a separate thread. I also have an active ql but I switched to red launches which will return in 2 hours (a bit of a reprieve from the hectic fast launches) and I will join whoever is launching.

I'll be also doing a lot of fast launches tomorrow (Saturday) at 06h00 UTC.

I did 76 launches yesterdayyesterday, the first 10 within 30 minutes after I updated.

All you need is to have at least 10 green preps then join a green ql, the best ones are the ones with 3 or more qls.

Wow.. what am I missing?
I'm fighting hard to get the lab notebook item. I'm flying to the relevant destinations but usually gets nothing.

I'm visiting my neighbors planetarium, but hardly get the needed items for one space mission.

I'm barely able to initiate 1 space flight every other day...

How can I get to initiate to many space flights?

Visit your neighbors training centers. Planetariums won't give you items for lab notebook.

Personally i really don't like this event. I find it grossly unfair. Usually the only folks who have a QL are the high level players. IMO the only time they would use it would to get the ten missions in then switch back to shuttle launches. The Apogee missions to me have little value to a high level player. I made the mistake of trying to get a launch and forgetting about the 24 hour timer for Apogee missions. I usually only do shuttle and the last time I did an Apogee was a couple of years ago.
So if there are no or extremely few QLs to be had after the first day even if you have hundreds of neighbors, then completing the event is about impossible. That is unless you drop 30$ for a QL. NFW am I'm going to drop $30 just for an event.
I've been waiting for many hours for a player with a QL running so I can do a launch. Nada, not one yet I've seen many people trying to get a launch going. So, no way for me to complete it without paying so I'm skipping it.

That's really not a fair statement. The number of green QL launches has been enormous since the event started. I personally have started 100 greens with my 3 QLs, and opened them up to everyone - at times over 20 people in a launch. I've accepted 18 new neighbors in order to help them launch.
