Its there no doubt. Whe you are windows store you have to click on the top right button downloads. Then click get new updates. Then it will appear.

I've already tried that several times, and no download starts.

Ok - suddenly the dragon in my city just started flying around like the event timer ended. Now I can collect no envelopes or fly to any event destinations, but my internet is fine because I can visit neighbors and do alliance stuff

Just saw the note I violated terms of service. Apparently I can’t sleep at night with my iPad next to me. We will see how long this takes to get fixed but I won’t even bother with the event again since I was two items from finishing

So you hadnt even finished!! That stinks!

One of the most annoying things in this event is, to check for connectivity and find that yes you are connected to the G! server then you complete the planes and the voilà! No red envelopes

We are loosing big time with this connection issue.

There is no bonus that'll make the umbrellas to drop, all you have to do is to get enough firecrackers and tap the dragons.

Use spyglass, or if you have collected enough red envelopes (1600) use Bowl of Riches. I had a great drop rate with spyglass.

Never mind - I was thinking puppet theatre. @Teboho is right - just keep tapping.

If you are not getting umbrellas, try a different time during the day. I found, for my game, I get less umbrellas when I click right after reset.

I always collected umbrellas in the morning. Today I sat for a long time in the game and collected umbrellas right after reset, and voila, I collected a collection of umbrellas twice. I also noticed that guest planes brought more collectible items at that time. I will try this for several days..
