I don't know if anyone else has this problem of people disappearing from favs, and wonder if it's even worth putting a ticket in for.

Yes, it happens pretty often these days. I believe when the game code changes, the game disappears from the favorites and have to be re-marked.

For me it seems to be related to people changing their in game name. However it doesn't happen every time name changes so it's not the only reason but have notices people who change name more often lose favorite status more often.

i gang - going away for a long weekend and family have banned laptop! - will catch up gift returns on Monday when I get back - have a great weekend!
@Captain WH Rollins - found a great pub near Lake Windermere with a micro brewery - they have a food menu, an ale menu and a whiskey menu, so dog friendly and do accommodation, so we have a 3 day bank holiday special - 5 adults and 2 dogs, fantastic!!!
