Does anyone have any advice on what to do when one suspects a player of cheating? I know we all have been accused of such but when someone does it should it be reported.

See the screenshot below - my suspicion is that cheating has occurred by flytower. Am I right? And if so should I do anything?

Such cases I have often seen and I have much more flights than 31st
If you could apply directly to the support. Whether these then do something I do not know.

Have my MCC3 finished and my launching pad 3 in three days.

I have no idea if it will help. Of course with the new rent a plane one could conceivably rack up many flights with it and/or using fuel. Of course this would be a bit expensive but some probably do use quite a bit to gain very little. I know I have been going through flights I haven't done and just constantly flying there the whole week. I am generally in the top 3. This week on Rome flytower has way more than possible unless using the methods I referred to previously.
