Hi guys a few of my friends are having the same trouble with the new Apple update. Am not sure if it depends on which iPad you have.
Another problem is iOS not been able to visit iOS players. Also nobody can join an iOS launch but iOS can join Android launches. A window comes up saying their game has old update.

The problem now seems resolved on iOS. At least I can visit other iOS players and join their launches.

Im having the same problem on my android game I cant visit a single neighbour on any platform. Starting to get annoyed

Another week goes by, Apple has updated to 9.0.2 and pretty much every other app has updated to run with iOS9, except AC. Come on Gi get your act together.

I'm back in the game!!!!! Couldn't wait for G! support to help. Did double restores back to back as the first one glitched. The second one was a success. Ramy I trusted everything was OK to update to iOS 9.0.2 but I have the same issues you had.
Can't visit my games. I have tried to restore from the back I did on my PC through iTunes but they still won't open.
Did you restore back to a previous version on iOS or can't this be done once you have taken the leap. In despair with 499 stars, can you believe it

You can't with your back ups go back in iOS versions. There is a way to revert to iOS 8.4 through iTunes though. You have to download this patch and follow a lengthy protocol. However, have you tried iCloud through the device? I always use iCloud backups. I had to erase content and restore more than one time. I don't believe multiple back to back restorations will hurt your hardware and software. Mine worked with the second restoration. Don't lose hope and no more iOS updates for now.

It's a kitten. not a puppy .

I have just updated my Bali Hi (Android) game, and I tell you it's confusing as hell, no good idea what to do, and almost all Falcons / Giants I landed breaks down!!!

And to set the record straight, iOS usually get to have the update earlier than Android most of the time. I think this is the first time in 2 years than Android gets it first.

I usually have the benefit of Tom's guide because he has a head start of about 2-4 weeks. This time there is no proper guide, so I have to just stumble along....

However, I would really like iOS to get the update soon, so that the visiting bug / incompatibilty is resolved, and we (Android & iOS) can all build alliances together!!

I have the update on Captain Ne2 but Captain tneil and Ne2 are stuck games will not load.
Both games had Casino running so i have missed out on valuable greenies and to my displeasure Captain Tneil is stuck on 499 stars
With the time this game was blocked for I will never catch up

Over the weekend, I updated my iPad Air to iOS 9.0.2. When I tap on the Airport City icon, the screen goes black for about 30 seconds, then returns to the Home screen. After tapping the icon again, the screen goes black for about 30 seconds, then opens to the GI splash screen. I had backed up my device prior to the iOS update but, since AC does eventually open, I'll leave it as is hoping GI can fix this bug. Anybody else have this?

Tom that's exactly what issue I have, over a week now. I think there are a few with this problem as well.
