Here is a fun question - as you know the volcano will be "away from your city" and if you add land close to it the volcano will be moved farther away.
What if you add land so that it surrounds the volcano? For players who have greenies and coin to pull off this stunt, it be interesting to see if it can be done in a way that your town is a ring around the volcano.

Happy flying!

Was LL & FH the required items for flights for Ash?
It was 2 years ago, so I don't remember.
According to the FAQ to get the Cold War collection one needs to go to Bali, Seattle, Lima, Iceland, Los Angeles, Bogota, Anchorage, Osaka and I am sure they will add a condor flight. I think if any event items are gifted, people's gift lists will be busy with them. It's better to get what you can get now.

I remember the road cracking and also you need the buildings for some of the items (institute of volcanology) they look like the golden building you get from completing the Anchorage flights (golden high rise) only shorter. I have a couple of them in my city and will put more out when needed
I may replace my car dealerships with them. They're decent coin collectors if you rely on them at all.

But what is the benefit of adding new levels? You put in 4 million points to get to lv 81....then what?
The only way new levels would make sense is if a new item was added at lv 81 (either a new aircraft, or a new space mission). What would be great is if they allowed us to collect more hearts past lv 9, so that we can visit more neighbors a day, and even gift more past 20 (maybe up to 30). Now with those kinds of incentives, we would certainly want to keep going past lv 80
Do you really think that I questioned New Levels without New Destinations?

Well it wasn't stated, so I couldn't just assume. Levels in the 70s took forever to accomplish, so going past 80 would require an adjustment of points in the 70s. I think the intention is to stay at 80 based on the exponential climb of required experience in the 70s....unless they always do that for their last 10 levels....who knows

You are right in all event destinations need Particulate Filters, but according to FAQ we will need to go to normal flights as well.

That second quest is going to be a doozy. It's the main reason why I couldn't finish the "Rock The Sky" collection last year; getting the jackhammers to be used on the one volcano could prove to be problematic. Definitely not doing this quest unless the reward is well worth it.

Is this event impossible then if you are not high enough level to use the big planes? Or maybe you can choose to fly to one destination and get the same rewards?

The last time event was on, it was mentioned that the flights get "more expensive" as time goes on. Does this mean more fuel? How fast was this ramped up? And was this applicable only to event flights or to ALL flights? Thanks!
