It happened to me in the last event.
Went from 20 levels to 40 levels with different prizes. I assume this has happened again for some people with this event based on the Facebook comments

Yep there were 6 Lucky Tickets up for grabs yesterday. And it’s changed to daily tasks today.
Every building was giving event currency and now just the Burial Tombs etc.

I have a feeling that getting to lv 40 in this event is going to be a challenge, but some solid prizes to be had, with both regular and premium

I'm not doubting @A Kryztov he'll kick my ass in the end though we're sort of even at the moment 😅
I'm just super happy to find familiar name on that board.

If the event starts before you have downloaded the update, you get the event structure from the previous run. and then of course it changes to current once the update has happened.

I think they need a bit more time between update and event start

Aaaauugh! I didn't realize that the event changed to the new "tasked based" format. No wonder it's been so hard to accumulate masks! 😫🤦🏿‍♂️

Seems to be the same progression like at celestial event (but well, one day less). So we can expect a total need of about 94k. Not very hard, about 8-9k per day.

Yes now that I realized that it's task based and not flight based. Not too concerned anymore

Except the download was automatic from them. They put the wrong event out, and then had to correct their error with a second event over writing the first. There was over an hour between the original update and the final version!

The one thing I would change is the request for flights from aircraft you don't have. Last event, I flew to Warsaw far more than I would have liked. Fortunately it was easy to do, but selling aircraft for a swift flight only to re-purchase again is an annoying process with no real value.
