Launch rules:

I like to give a ride to beginners and those less fortunate forum members (and existing neighbors I trust). Meaning I am ok with having lots of players who add as little as possible
Do not fill the bar. When you join launch, add 400 max OR lower. Do anything you can to not fill it unless it's said otherwise. 🧐
Because of the above, I make the launch call, you never launch. 😬
Really, don't be a duck and give (1) a chance to participate, even if it's a free ride for them. 🎅
If I have QL, ok. If I don't, ok as well. If you have QL, ok. If you don't, ok as well. 🤷‍♂️
All of the above can change for specific launches if I mention so in the chat before launching. Try to check with me first 😅
