Oh dear, I can't do liver, just don't like it. Strange because absolutely love the kidney in a steak and kidney pie!Sometimes I like my steak plain, depending on the salad dressing.
Pub lunch for today - pan fried liver and bacon with onion gravy and steamed smash potato.
