Watched several videos the last couple of days, but I am not receiving the construction speed up, pocket knives, or any building materials. I tried rebooting the phone, but no luck...any suggestions?

I was never able to get anything from watching video for about a month now..
I thought it was the level thing since it was about the time I hit 60. But seems like that is happening to many people.. interesting..

I received the same answer, but still not working even after all the updatesThe answer I received from the support team was that their development team is aware of this issue and working on it, and keep updating my game in case there's a fix! There were 3,4 updates since that answer, and it is still the same..

True. Even I think soExactly! I dont think they are working on it. Just giving that answer to stop us complaining.. Thats what I am guessing.
Today i watched 2 videos. But I got reward for only one.

We've found the source of the issue that affects some players and are currently working on a fix. The problem turned out to be a much harder case than we initially expected, and it might take us some time to make the necessary changes. Our technical department is making every effort to resolve the matter in a timely manner and bring in the solution with one of the future updates.
All of the updates are announced in the relevant playstore and within the game itself, so let's wait and see how it goes.
