Android Not getting credit for videos watched

Awww ok.. Well.. The video didn't work for me almost 2 months now. So, I guess I am being treated like an Windows user!

Try clearing the cache on your device each day. It often helps with video issues. For iOS devices, a simple reboot will do the trick.

I'll try, but I've noticed a pattern. Only certain videos result on AC crashing. For all the others, I manage to see the movie and earn the prize.

My videos did not work for a few but suddenly came back last night so relieved got my sweet Factory completed

Mine started working 100% around the time the fixed the major crashing problem around Christmas. But in the last few days it' stopped working again

i am hardly using them of late, with heaps of pax of romantic passengers
so much fuel too, may use some to complete the stars of the planes flying rom locations

Today when I tried to watch videos, the first one froze the game with a blank black page so I had to close my game down, and the next one just flashed and nothing happened - consequently I got no rewards and was hoping for my MCC3 items.

Similar thing happened this morning - got credit for one video and the screen just did a flash for the other and no credit given - my MCC3 is going to take an age at this rate.

Videos rarely work now. One has successfully given me something in 3 days. Can't complain as they are gifts but I rely on them to finish buildings!

My android game has the same problem - for the first time! Tried to change a daily mission, watched the video 3 times - still didn't change the mission.

I have had a lot more success recently by doing this.....

After the video has finished, it takes you to the screen where you could either install the app or close the video. If I close the video straight away then I usually don't get the reward, but if I wait about 15 seconds before closing the video, I get the reward more often than not.

I'll give that a try next time. Thanks.

Another problem I've noticed is after the video plays but before it gets to that screen (close or download), the screen goes black for a few seconds with a pause icon appears in the middle of the screen. Have to click that a few times to get to the close or download screen.
