Can I use bowl of riches in place golden dice in case of my excavation flights? What will be the difference in drop rates?

Bowl of riches is for quest items. It doesnt work the same as golden dice. Nothing to stop you using it but it wont help the drop rate! Nothing replaces golden dice.
