well I'm running windows 10 version 1709, and android marshmallow

My game today has had serious issues with crashing, and in between crashes, all accumulated coins and collection items collected are then lost after game reloads, seems pointless to play.
Ive been repeating actions over and over again.
Ticket raised and awaiting a reply.

No...I lost all my received gifts on a crash tonight. They are completely gone. I clicked on an elf and went from 40 before to 0 after

Hi, I lost my game in Andorid since Friday. I am not sure whether i will get it back. Reported an Issue with GI already and i dont have any updates yet. Fingers crossed.

tech support just replied to me and they asked me to send a screenshot of crashing issue. It's just insulting...
