iOS Crashing

Android version stopped working yesterday - now iOS.

All I get from gi support is 'refresh cache!!!!

I borrowed my friends phone today. He uses iPhone 7 plus and game is working just fine on his phone. He can visit neighbours and everything.

On the other hand, I can't even start the game on my phone and tech support doesn't care

They don’t care about mine either, I keep getting fobbed off that it’s my phone and software, which it clearly isn’t. I fear there won’t be an update until after the event which would be ashame.
I’ll stop playing until an update comes

Last 2 days game was very slow. Today i cant pass the loading screen . It crashes and exits the game... i sent a ticket in site support cause i cant even enter the game. Any suggestions?

I was hopeful that we windows players would be immune from the bug. Sadly the dreaded lurgy has infected my main game. Freezing, crashing, losing progress etc etc.

i have just lose a jet plane....i send 3 to baikonur...but i only have only 2 active flights, no jet in hangar, only one in reserve hangar...but i have 4 in my warehouse....one has the show icon but when i tap...nothing shows....

Same problem here with a jumbo- page 2 or 3

Please highlight me if u have a solution- supp told me to look carefully in the hangar and put it out ..... but no reply since the 22

After playing for two hours just on the Santa Event.

and got to >

and then I clicked on Take Reward. Game froze, then shut down.
Reloaded and >

I am definitely not going to play any more until GI fixes these bugs on all platforms. I have too many neighbours who are showing at level3 for this not to be a serious and widespread problem.

and got to >

and then I clicked on Take Reward. Game froze, then shut down.

I am definitely not going to play any more until GI fixes these bugs on all platforms. I have too many neighbours who are showing at level3 for this not to be a serious and widespread problem.

I’ve lost so much...no problems with crashing in the beginning...then it started 2 nights ago... I’ve lost so much but taking daily screenshots...sometimes more...also visiting madlen constantly which seems to help a bit from it resetting completely...until today when it reset back to yesterday so now 24+ hours to visit neighbors...I visited no one yet and...it is resetting back 20 gifts....

I want to delete app and reinstall but I’m scared I will lose everything.

i have done a lot of testing on this

for me
if i do not do anything event related, but for the flights, then i seem to be ok, i go 15 min, close and reopen

if i win a event related item then i do nothing else, it may crash by itself, wait 10 min and i lose only half the time, better than all the time

if i visit neighbours then it will crash on anyone over level 10, but if i visit 5 and it crashes i am keeping 3 of the visits

so now i know what to expect and its not so bad

Still no update on app store and it seems even the update on Android didn't solve anything.

Since technical staff keeps saying the issue is related to my device only, I'm starting to lose hope.

The android update resolved my issues - I hadn't even been able to run the app for a couple of days

First sorry for what happen and thanks for posting this so we should do a backup before click take reward.
Now after you clicking take reward are you still sending event gifts ?????

There is no iOS12 . Are you referring the 11.1 or 11.2 or 11.2.1?

I'm on 11.2 and the game is virtually unplayable if you're trying to do the event or visit neighbors. I've lost two sleighs and a skating ring because the game crashed and can't sync up. All the non event stuff is mostly OK (except flights) so I've also lost lanterns in addition to the collections. All of this just started tonight for me so I highly doubt it has anything to do with version of iOS given I've been on iOS 11.2 for a week or more now.

I'm going to try and upgrade to 11.2.1 and see if it makes a difference, but it won't.

Edit: Just confirmed it doesn't fix anything as expected

Sorry, just messed up versions. I mean, I'm NOT using the latest version of iOS, as my iPad doesn't support it. That being said, I'm using iOS 10.3.3. It seems that my problems with AC are less severe than others and the reason could be related to iOS version

I also have issues in game, starting yesterday.

Loadingtime to open the game takes a longer time than I earlier.
Opening chests are laggy.
I can tap all buildings, but all progress I make is reset/lost when I close and reopen thethe game. Just checked with flight catering. Had 68 when I opened the game. Tapped my facilities and had now 80 in total. Reopened the game and it was reset back to 68.
Happens with everything; flights, residence, commerce, event +++.

Ticket sent, hopefully they will fix it. Meanwhile, I wont be playing the game as I only will lose my progress. Sorry!
