General CBM and alliance level

does anyone remember whether your alliance has to be at a certain level to buy a CBM if ever offered again?
Like the second reserve hangar - you have to be level 2...

From level 6 you can buy the CBM buildings

To be able to buy CBM you don't have to be in any Alliance .
You just have to be in level 6 or higher and to have minimum 100 gold and 800 silver tokens to be able to buy one of those buildings when the offer will be again if will be .

Nobody knows. Last time, it was in Feb 2017. The time before that was late summer 2015. So...they may be 18 months apart, or it may be seasonal, or maybe never. There isn't a set place it has on the calendar like Easter or Christmas events.

Hold on. I though you could only buy things for tokens through the Alliance Office?
That would mean you'd at least have to be a member of an alliance.
And hopefully, CBM is like the Grand Hotel - available straight away rather than once you've earned some alliance points like the second reserve hangar is.

It depends how it comes up. If it only available through the alliance office, then yes. If it is a pop up like the metro stations and garden squares etc, then no. Youd get it directly from the pop up.
Nowdays to buy a grand hotel you have to have an alliance office. Before the last BiG update you could get it from the store, now you cant.

When it came up in the past is was not through the alliance office, it was just an offer on the screen much like the offers we get for buildings, train stations etc

Last time CBM were offered, it was with three consecutive events/offers, shown on the left side of the screen for quests and events, like @Ddave1 said. Just like the ‘Tranquile Abode’ offer right now.

Each building had it’s own time limited offer (only a couple of days!). One followed the other: first Casino, then Bank, then Mint. Thus tricking you to spend tokens on the first C and B before reaching the real cash cow, M.

Of course they gave the possibility to purchase tokens...
