An interesting question. Well I actually think drop rates for both dice and GD will be lower, as they are both currently 100% and 150% respectively. Spyglass is currently the same at 150%....the biggest change is the reduction and the grouping, so my guess is that the basic rates will be the same.I don’t think bonuses will stack. If they did, everyone would buy dice and golden dice for 6 greenies and GI would never sell any spy glass for 9 greenies.
I am curious though...with all this talk of increased % of items drops for each type of bonus...is GI also making a change to non-bonus (standard) drop rates? Maybe drop rates get so low that you always need to use some type of bonus?!?
But if they would stack, people would still buy SG since it would add 150% to the droprate....I don’t think bonuses will stack. If they did, everyone would buy dice and golden dice for 6 greenies and GI would never sell any spy glass for 9 greenies.
Hello Pilots! We're working on changing bonus mechanics.
The main change - Starting from version 7.11 Bonuses will work for every plane and every item type.
We hope that this will help to clear misunderstandings and enhance the overall gaming experience. No more thinking on will it help me with collection items, or will it help me with quest items. It will work on everything.
Changes in bonuses;
- Dice - This bonus increases the chance of an item drop from a plane by 50% for 6 hours. Base price - 2 airport cash
- Golden Dice - This bonus increases the chance of an item drop from a plane by 100% for 6 hours. Base price - 4 airport cash
- Spy Glass - This bonus increases the chance of an item drop from a plane by 150% for 6 hours. Base price - 9 airport cash
- Junior Pilot - This bonus increases the chance of an item drop from a plane by 50%, experience from flights increased by 50% and coins gain by 200% for 12 hours. Base price - 35 airport cash
- Sky Captain - This bonus increases the chance of an item drop from a plane by 100%, experience from flights increased by 100% and coins gain by 400% for 24 hours. Base price - 99 airport cash
- "Bowl of Riches" bonus will be removed from the sale ( owned Bowls will remain in your warehouses)
Lucky clover, Shaman Drum, Old Barometer, Wind Charm and Robot Loader will be removed from Mystery Bonus chest. It will be consisting of Sky Captain, Vintage Weathervane, Inconvertible Coin, Lucky Cap, Family Ticket, Chinese Lantern, Alarm Clock, Golden Toad, and Golden Wrench.
Spy glass is somewhat easy to get through a collection though.Easy to understand but, tbh, i dont like the change, esp. for adventure/space/alliance map flight
Now, we only spend 4 greenies (GD) for 150% drop rates (6hours)
After 7.11 update, we will spend 9 greenies (SG) for 150% drop rates (6 hours).
Its simple but cost us more.
We are the 1%ers of the game. Look at all the neighbour requests. Not a lot of level 80 requests there...I wonder just how many players on this forum, alone are at level 80? it isn't fair that we don't get to level up more in experience and earn that ONE greenie as well as fuel and passengers.
But the ease of access for spyglass is easier than for golden dice with the crests collection. Before, you would either need to place in the top 10 alliance ranking for a free GD or pay the 4 greenies, but now, even though spyglass costs more, you can complete a collection to get spyglass as a reward instead of shelling out 9 greenies. If bonuses prove to be stackable, that is an even bigger perk., because dice are also a reward for a collection, which makes both obtainable without spending greenies. My primary use of these is adventure maps and this change drops my Golden Dice bonus from 150% to 100% for the same 4 greenies. Or, I have to spend 9 greenies now instead of 4 to get my 150%. This is a change for the worse which could've been avoided by keeping Golden Dice at 150% or keeping the 150% price (Spyglass) at 4 greenies.
I understand that Dice and Spyglass now help drops they didn't before and you can get both without spending greenies, but the negative I mentioned above far outweighs these positives for me, and this could have easily been structured to have no negatives.
I laugh at the fact that lucky clover, shaman drum, and old barometer will be removed from the mystery items chest, yet the lucky cap will remain. Gaining experience quickly is no real gain, because assuming you're playing this game for the longhaul, you'll eventually cap at lv80 anyway'Lucky clover, Shaman Drum, Old Barometer, Wind Charm and Robot Loader will be removed from Mystery Bonus chest. It will be consisting of Sky Captain, Vintage Weathervane, Inconvertible Coin, Lucky Cap, Family Ticket, Chinese Lantern, Alarm Clock, Golden Toad, and Golden Wrench.'
What should happen with this bonus is the devs could change one line of code. If player has reached level 80, this code will no longer be a nuisance to said player and waste space in said player's warehouse inventory.
It's either that or raise the experience levels to maybe 100!!!

Funny that you of all people would catch my mistake. Thanks@Navigata07 not sure you wanted to post it here
Yes,Nice one, simple and easy to understand bonuses now
Boo hoo. Never mind the newbies that blow half of these bonuses before they realise what they are and what their value is. If that’s the worst part of the game, then GI are finally getting it right.it isn't fair ...
God forbid that those with 1000s of stockpiled bonuses won’t be able to do alliance maps with a 300% permanently increased dropped rates making their gathering of Mystery Super Bonuses even easier and widening the gap even further. The best you get at the moment is 150% - of course those at the top should expect the better part of the deal . And why would GI write to you?Yes,
I agree,
but
that can be shocking is what they didn't write to us.
If we can't combine the D, GD, SG bonuses, we'll all cry loudly.
And then back to moaning for MORE levels, please! 😅😅Boo hoo. Never mind the newbies that blow half of these bonuses before they realise what they are and what their value is. If that’s the worst part of the game, then GI are finally getting it right.
If they added another 10 levels tomorrow, most players that have been on level 80 for some time will be done within a week with all the JoD, LC, SC and unclaimed collections they’ve been hoarding. A brief moment of excitement and 20 greenies for their efforts.
