I don't know if there's a standard across platforms, but I do know that I've gotten nine free building items at one time on my Windows PC game after not getting freebies for a couple weeks. And when the building items run out there are free Fuel, Passengers and Change for the Daily Missions up...

When visiting neighbors, you can cut down the burnt trees and receive items. I found that if you tap quickly you can tap more than the usual five times. I got six taps in most neighbors and seven in a few. It helps if they are bunched together so you don’t have to scroll around the screen...

It appears that the new gifts are items to speed up repairs. For example, the Lamp Shade will speed up Giant repairs. Cheers, Tom

@LjGibbs I believe all of the updates are released to the platforms at the same time. I'm sure the approval process for iOS, Android, Windows, Facebook and all are very different and take differing amounts of time. Patience is a virtue ... especially when waiting for updates. Cheers, Tom

Same with me. I had all the items needed to complete the quest right away from previous years: 3-3 / 3-3 / 3-3. Next time I opened the game I got the same violation window. I sent the ticket. After about an hour, I opened the game again and all was well. But ... the quest completion reverted...

@Sudip Once you build a building using special items, the building remains complete even if you warehouse it. I tested this by warehousing a hotel, then building it again. No additional items were necessary. Cheers, Tom

@Sudip You don't have to delete buildings. For some coins, you can put them in your warehouse. Then, if you wish, you can place them in your city at a later time; no cost, no build time. Cheers, Tom

There were six new buildings in the last "Walk in the Clouds" quest. In case there are no changes for this year, I've already taken my (6X6) 36 buildings out of the Warehouse and placed them in my city. That's 36 2x2 spaces to fill ... if you want to maximize your romantic passengers. Cheers, Tom
