It appears that the new gifts are items to speed up repairs. For example, the Lamp Shade will speed up Giant repairs.

When visiting neighbors, you can cut down the burnt trees and receive items. I found that if you tap quickly you can tap more than the usual five times. I got six taps in most neighbors and seven in a few. It helps if they are bunched together so you don’t have to scroll around the screen.

Could someone, please, give a description of 8 new items?
Differential Relay, Lamp Shade, Hydraulic Cylinder, Autopilot, Pilot Headset, Head-Up Display, Pitot Tube and VSI.
Do they all fix broken Giants or something?

Unlike previous events, Windows players cannot receive event items from android until they have the event. Only thing received is pass(5) or fuel(3). Hoping we have the event by reset today.
