Special thanks for event gifts and building gifts.
I guess I got six more hourly passenger generators so the event is somewhat worthwhile. I don't appreciate building so many history museums so that I can collect in time for the event.

Are you sure you're visiting the history museum, and not the natural history museum? I visited @Kesh's museums and they worked fine.

The Airplane Museum also looks very similar, except for the planes out in front...
Totally sure. I visited two of mine on another account and three others. None of them counted.
I can try again in a few hours just to be sure.

Grabbing at straws here - you know you have to visit 5 history museums 2 times. Maybe the first five counted - and now the 2nd five mini-quest is showing???? (she says hopefully)
Grasping as well. I never saw the success prompt for the first one. So I stopped too soon on my last neighbor spell. Oh well, then that is a bunch of coins flushed down the toilet for storing, buying and speeding up my own museums.

ok - had 3 of 5, visited @crescent moon clicked on 2 history museums and 3 planetariums, came back and side quest closed as 5 of 5 - so it well and truly worked.
