Gi fixed my problem after a few hours and because I was in a launch with @Support4u I got a bonus for the problem

Im having the time travelers error for the 2nd time in 2 weeks. Don't understand how this can happen. Sure don't wanna loose my game.

Started my game this morning at 9 am, and got the time traveller message. Sent a ticket straight away, sorted by 1030 am.
Can't complain, thanks Valery Kolesova.

I sometimes get a 'time traveller' notification when I'm adding points to a space launch. My game doesn't change, everything works as it should.

Any ideas?

Don't click an item immediately when it becomes available to add. This is especially true if you have a flaky connection and it takes time for it to update your points. Your game and G! servers won't be exactly in sync.

Wait 30 seconds or if you're impatient at least count to 10 slowly.

I got the message on my ipad since Tuesday. I was on a road trip to our lake house and played several hours without wifi. The only other thing that I can think of is that I did not turn the device off for a couple of days. Anyway, if your a friend of my ipad, I have a ticket into support.

Finally .. my game is release from misery .

My IOS game is blocked 3 times last week, and also fixed 3 times. First time I had to open a ticket.
My second (Android) games is still blocked due to the time-travelling issue.

My game has been blocked a couple of times this week.
First time it fixed itself. Second time I raised a ticket but then it fixed itself before they replied on the ticket.

My games have never been blocked, the only time I get the time traveler in space launches, when I add points to fast, so learned to wait a few second after the timer run out on the item I'm adding to the launch
