Can someone explain the rule of the Halloween dark skies challenge. How many ghost you need to killl before something happens and what.?

What are the leyden jar for? I have 9. Is it enough?

To finish the collection of seal, it says to collect from cemetery, Halloween shop and the pumpkin. I only have the pumpkin for $5. Where are the others?

I also need 2 cooling chambers.
