So I have the tokens.. but I don't know which to do so I'm seeking other peoples input on the better decision. I have the gold subscription so it gives the 15% increase.. so...

S2 is 30% + gold subscription = 45%
S1 is 10% + gold subscription = 25%

Without vane S2 is 6.6 hrs
Without vane S1 is 9 hrs

With vane S2 is 2.4 hrs
With vane S1 is 4.8 hrs

1 S2 x 3 flights day = 2250/day -15750 week
3 S1 x 2 flights a day = 4500/day - 31500 week

S2 has more prestige but S1 seems like the greater return on investment.

That's my dilemma. Thoughts?

So I have the tokens.
Save them for CBM, period. Buy planes with coins.
S planes are:
  1. Useless. When you need lots of flights, you just speed them up with fuel. Planes break and regular plane repairs can be accelerated while S ones can't. So they are actually worse than regular planes. That doesn't bother you for now, while you have subscription, but this is long term game, you may eventually want to save money on that.
  2. Free. You get even better S3 planes from alliance maps. And you need regular planes to fly those maps, not S-ones for the reason mentioned above.
If you have over 2k gold tokens and feel like bling planes, go for S2s. S1s are not noticeably better enough to warrant permanently blocking one Reserve Hangar slot. That's the worst part about S planes: you won't have the guts to sell them when you'll need to change the fleet. Learn from the mistake I've made : )

BTW:

I have the gold subscription so it gives the 15% increase.. so...

S2 is 30% + gold subscription = 45%
S1 is 10% + gold subscription = 25%
But the regular planes have 15% boost, so at best you're down to S1 being merely 10% faster over regular planes, not 25%. I don't know how S bonus stacks with subscription bonus, but the worst case is that it's additive, not multiplicative, so the S bonus is even smaller relatively (you get less bang for your bucks).

BTW, are you sure you should be buying a Condor? At lvl 71, 122 it doesn't sound like sustainable development. I'm at lvl 78, 410 stars and I'm not even ready for Falcons. I've bought one S2 Falcon, and it's presence is wrecking my alliance missions, but I'm too cheapskate to get rid of the vermin.

I'm almost 75 now, just haven't updated my signature. I currently fly 5 giants, 2 jumbo, one jet, and one Delta. I always have 4 loft condos sitting in reserve for extra passengers that I rarely collect. I currently skipped falcon and thunder bird. I'm gonna go back and get them after I established my condor. I don't care much for stars I fly to what benefits me most primarily space locations to gain collections. Only thing that really interests me about Thunderbird right now is getting the power plant collections.

I don't think CBM is coming back. It should have been back by now from what I was told and I don't want to sit around waiting forever for a day that might never come. :(

Have to agree with those saying don’t do it. It’s the killer repair times for me that make this a bad idea. With ordinary planes you can repair instantly, but the S-planes take 12 hours, so despite your faster fuel times, they break regularly, making it unviable. If you have a gold subscription then ok, but I still think you’re missing a trick not flying falcons first.

There was 18 months between the last 2, so if you work on the time table of 18 Months, the last being april 2017, then next is sept or october.

I keep reading that CBM are not coming back but who says this is correct.

The only place I’ve seen it said that they won’t come back is on this forum. I’ve been playing this game for around 5 years and I can only remember them on sale twice after the first time they became available- so they don’t come around that often. I only got my two on the last sale which as Madge says was last year.

I will be absolutely stunned if they never come back, yes they will prob go up in price but I’m sure they will be back - just as the Super mystery building sale which comes around maybe once a year.

You happen to remember the prices?

I have two mints which were 200 Gold tokens, I think the time before they were 150 but that’s not 100% definite and that does not mean they will be 250 next time - people need to be patient and wait and see. It took me 4 years to get my first ones.

Casino and mint were 200 and 150 but can’t remember which way round.

Do a search in the forums - there were countless posts about them at the time.

If you want the collections, then you need to do the adventure buildings, not flights. In order to do that, you need like 8 of planes of same type, not spreading yourself thin over 6 different type of planes.

I don't think CBM is coming back. It should have been back by now from what I was told and I don't want to sit around waiting forever for a day that might never come. :(
What @Ddave1 said. CBM happens when GI suddenly recalls about it. Every 1-2 years so far. I could argue that by bringing subscriptions GI gave up on selling greens as their main source of income. So CBM, as income-from-greens robbing feature now have more footing than ever. But what is my statement? Yet another unfounded conjecture. Just as saying that "CBM won't come back". If CBM ever come back, you will be sorely regretting that you don't have 1000 gold tokens ready to be spent.

The point is that S1 and S2 planes have more drawbacks than they have advantages, that's why you should buy the regular versions. And there is nothing really useful to spend tokens on, so you might as well save them in case something actually useful happens. Be it CBM or something we don't even know about.

Mint costed 200/2000 and yields 4 * 8 * 42 greens
Bank costed 200/800 and yields 5 * 6 *21 greens
Casino costed 100/800 and yields 3 * 4 * 30 greens

I wrote "costed" because the prices were already adjusted at least once, so they can be adjusted again.

I'm confused on what you mean by the 3*4*30 greens.

That mean 3 greens every 4 hour for 30 days? Or 3 greens every 4 hours until you reach 30 greens?

Was never here for them so not sure how they work.

The Mint produces 4 Greenies every 3 Hours for 42 Days.

T restart it for another 'run' costs 150 Gold and 1500 Silver.

3 greens * 4 times a day (every 6 hrs) * 30 days = 360 greens total.
I dunno doing some math these buildings don't seen as good as people make it seem. Let's take the mint.. 200 gold 2000 tokens.. if I were to buy that in the store it's $200.. for 1344 greens spread out over 42 days, but if I spent 99.99 on a 3x sale I'd get 1200 instantly.. so essentially would be spending another $100 for 144 more greens.. same goes for the other buildings.. if I currently have 194 gold and 1620 silver.. Seems like I'd get more greens just in a 3x sale compared to buying tokens for these buildings.

If you buy them, yes maybe . But the object of saving gold tokens is it costs you nothing!

And you can restart it for less gold and silver.
