Glancing through here I noticed many mentioning visiting neighbors carriage workshops. I wanted to mention these do not drop
anything when clicking on them in neighbors city. So unless it is bugged like the dropping of regular passengers instead of romantic passengers, do not visit these at neighbors cities unless they are fixed. I do have 4 of each building for those in need of visits to help out on the little tragedies and what women want collections. Just don't visit those carriage houses unless something changes with them.

Last week during the expansion sale, for 24 hours they also had the 300% bank deal as well, which is usually the opposite week of the land expansion. Theoretically, as @cats are awesome stated, the land expansion should be next week, the 300% offer should be this week (Starting tomorrow probably).

Seriously though, since I am one for the players who does not use real money I have to wait for sales to expand my empire. So I have put a little mark on the calendar every week of a land sale so both my daughter and I will be ready. If we have enough greenies that is!

I have many many quest building, name is temporary #Rav.allquestbui
If you are interested Fuel20 item trade then send me a message. Plan is simple
#Ronk (second user) sends you a Fuel20 and you send Fuel20 to #Raven.
For now i have send Fuel20 to many people and yea it is how it is, I try make something based on @Bob1977 example
Because of travel conditions i dont have much internet time and sending fuel from #Ronk and getting Fuel back to raven is best.
If i can get more time online i send gifts also from Raven.

Please dont send back to #Ronk, send Fuel20 to #Raven. On List there are some places available so feel free to message me.

If you send some building item to #raven you get that back.

OK First thing.
!KB was able to gift late last evening right around 11PM to around midnight and seems right around 2:30 PM UTC-6 today, my timer reset and I was able to gift a second time in under 24 hours.
Which brings me to my second comment, and my input on this challenge.
There are very little drops from neighbor buildings I soon discovered, hence why !KB has quite a bit I thought I would construct to help my neighbors.
Only your feedback; those who visited and tried to collect from my event buildings, tell the truth.
However constructing all my buildings, collecting from my flights, only using for the most part from the small green plane, to a standard Delta, was I able to gather enough rings to build carriage houses.
Hence my completing the game in !KB already, mostly came from my own buildings and flights.
Maybe, just maybe in two days did I get a thing or two from neighbors.
Therefore, in conclusion, sad to say you are on your own turf on this one. However I will leave all my buildings intact and not close the Event, for those who may wish to try and gather from me.
As for !KB2, well all I can say is keep the fuel coming. It may be the only thing that gives me a 5% chance lol of completing this one, as I failed the last two.

How could GI have possibly made this to where we were able to gift something other than fuel?

Well in two days of collecting I have only managed to collect 4 rings and those were all from visiting neighbors ( I can only visit 8 at the moment).
I have only got one set of the 5 buildings myself but have not collected anything yet.

Re: the buildings - so far I have had a 50:50 split - however all three drops from mine came from the minimarket. As for the flights - well still need some Strong Commitments from GI if I am even to build a Carriage House . Other drops seem better though.

Actually the universe is geocentric and the earth does not rotate. Polaris is always above the north pole and this is impossible in a heliocentric universe.
