Yes as far as I am concerned I will start it at noon EST --- 5 pm GMT/UTC. Most everyone has become my neighbor with only one exception. You are more than welcome to keep track as you have been, I had not actually thought about that. The only neighbor that I am a bit worried about is @petey71 (pp) He is still active as I get gifts from him but has not been on the forums for quite some time. Have not seen him in launches either so maybe no need to worry.

Thanks for getting back to me. I will plan my game around tomorrow's launch, which will be the fourth of the series. I wish us all well and a painful death to non forum hi-jackers.

I got how to collect the items I needed to start a launch but was then taken by surprise by the list of items you need to gather points. After the first experience I made a list of the point giving items - copied below showng the items and what points each one is worth - before starting a launch it is wise to check that you have some of these. Also you cannot add multiple items of the same type after adding one you have to wait for it to refresh before adding again - a countdown displays for each one.

You have to achieve 1600 points in 24 hours after starting launch which is why most people for their first either join someone elses launch or invite others to join - both using the forum for Windows Space Launches. Participants in the Launch are ranked from 1st to 3rd place etc with the person in first place at the launch getting the most benefit. Sometimes you will start a launch with about 20% of the items and someone joins and puts 50% in which means you can no longer be first however the reverse is also true you can join in someone elses launch and steal 1st place by adding some high point items - it's all good natured.
Of course you could wait until you have put in more than 50% yourself BUT the 24 hour launch period will have reduced by then and not enough people may join to help it succeed. You want to avoid this because if a launch fails everyone loses what they have put in so far - including what they put in to get started in the first place.

You will need to use the forum to advertise your launch and look for others to join

@gbswales generally when launches are run through the launch thread it is frowned upon to take 1st from the player
that started the launch. The two exceptions are when the player who started the launch states that it is an open launch
and all places are up for grabs. The other situation would be when you join a launch and time is starting to run out. Most
would understand if you took over first in order to ensure the launch does not fail. Usually when the person that starts a launch
wants first they will put enough to take it immediately, I personally won't take a first unless it follows the above examples.
This of course is up to the individual but figured I would let you know what I have experienced since joining this forum.

I did 30 : )
The trick is to : visit Madlen, go back, you have 1 plane waiting, land it, when it starts refueling visit Madlen again. It makes about 30 minutes out of 12 minute crystal ball because when Madlen's city is loading the timer halts.

I can not join this as I am designated to start the launch with small items in 21h 30m. Also your ganeradar has always been on my awaiting reply list. I have never had any luck joining launches of players in my waiting list. I tried several times with @rocky but could not join as it did not show. Not sure why some people can join and others can not in this situation.
