@cats are awesome - Simply hit prntscrn, then paste the image into the reply box in that thread, and voila!

@cats are awesome - If you have a photo program (Paint Shop, Adobe, etc.) you can bring up the saved file and then resize it. I didn't have that message, so not sure what else you can do. Maybe one of our more Tech saavy people can help. I don't take a lot of screenshots. :D
 
I tried that and it said it was too big a file. Now I can't seem to take another picture. grrrr

Some questions :-

Can you find the Screenshot Picture on your Computer. ?
Mine is stored in a folder called Screenshots created by Windows.

If you can, do you have the Paint Program ?

If so, Load the Screen shot into paint,

Then click on the menu option resize,
This will open a window, make sure the Percentage option is ticked.
enter 50 into the horizontal box, the vertical box should also change to 50
Click o n Ok

Your picture is now about a third of the original size

Then Save As newfilename.

Then try to upload as before

Who knows, it might work !!

never had that problem, i use microsoft paint
