I did and they are still asking for more evidence, honestly they are so dense I have replied asking for a explanation on why my problem is difficult to solve when they have all the evidence they need (still no reply)
After what happened to you I make sure I take screenshots of every item, I want my silver and gold tokens back I earned them and I will harass them every day till they give me my refund
So pleased you got all your items back, and thanks Blue Aero

If you send Turnstile to both accounts you will get information sign from my account and I think support account is Patrol Drone (not sure) but you will get one of the items
Just send them daily till you have all you need

Just like to pre warn my neighbors I have lost my game and even system restore is not helping, busy trying another restore point to see if it helps
I have lost all my progress so not happy, also I got first in Berlin which now was a total waste of time and effort
So please excuse the lack of gifts from both accounts if I have luck with another restore point I will send as usual, if not I will have to get in touch with the dreaded GI

Thanks for all the received gifts, mine are send and started a list for tomorrow.

Tomorrow my town hall will be build. If anyone needs another mayor's portrait, please let me know and I'll send it before I upgrade my town hall. After that I can only send it in return, and of course I will do so.

All gifts out for today August 1st from !KB and !KB2
Added 4-5 parcels of land area back of !KB2, which helped construct a few more buildings.
Some of you may have noticed airport side in both cities, has been rearranged somewhat so when rockets launch no one gets their feathers burnt.
<<<<< Might end up being one crispy duck.
!KB city is nearing its end of main destination maps. Anchorage has two more stars to obtain, and Montevideo still has 3.
Buildings left to build are the Bejieng, Stockholm, and Minneapolis buildings.
I tried switching back to Dakar from special maps and finally got the truck depot.
I think after all that time passed since completing Dakar, i will leave the depot right where it is for a bit.
Any more residential buildings to erect and I've got the little guys who can go bye bye.
2 Alarm clocks today and 2 family tickets has kept me aloft about the last 7 hours.
One thing I did not notice before, but a regular jumbo requires parts for repairs, while the S1 cost 1 greenie.
