BTW ...I don't understand ...I do Montréal destination actuallly ...If I take my car it will take 2 hours and 30 minutes. .........And If I take a plane ....It will take 8 hours 30 minutes to go to Montréal !!!.....WTF ?????

You forgot that Ivan and Co are Russians! They fly from Moscow!

I have Win10.
Earlier I had the same problem with @KenDuckySmith main airport! Then everything was fine.

I remember you mentioning my having that in !KB game.
However I was the one who was at fault.
I had mentioned how going to appdata/local/ packages, etc and saving my bin file. But when I thought my problem at the time was a game crash, I attempted to take a SaveGame.bin from the wrong folder and instead of overwriting, the one in the localstate folder, I created a Savegame1.bin as well.
Having two created the shadowing or translucent effect. Once I deleted the second bin, the game was back to normal.

It could be the same problem with wherever @rocky visited also.

Okay, that's reasonable enough. But how do you explain it taking Ivan and Co. 5 hours and 6 minutes to fly from their own town, back to their own town? Sounds like maybe they should try a different mode of transportation... Or use a better GPS system.

The journey from Domodedovo to Vnukovo takes a long time! And they fly through the stratosphere and then return back!
