Almost, they will get you straightened out if you go through them. You might get a couple responses
asking for the same info you already submitted. It might also go straight through without too much problem just slower than you would expect. So flip a coin and hope for the quickest least frustrating solution

Once I kept getting no notification email from them but found on the web site under my tickets that they
were asking to send more info.(which I had already given......twice)

Ask tips to M-Bari ( he is our IronMan ) , Papy Mike sleep maximum 1 hour by day and some time when we do a QL party he don't sleep easy while 4 or 5 days .....And after he return to work like nothing happened ...but sometime ..I don't know why ...when I try to talk with him I can't get in touch with him for 1 or 2 days....

LOL, tell me about it now I back up my game files so I wont half to go though gi support, We have more brains then GI support put together, they should pay us to tell them how to fix it
