@Joe7 , @Gyorgy kutsera - i had troubles when I'm visible to someone as Sheekee Level 10, I cannot send Fuel 20 (that gift is available after level 10). Don't know at what level fuel become available.

Actually Fuel20/Pass10 slot becomes available at 10th level.

I am really confused as well. Not sure if they are going to stick with the new cutoff day of Wed (or Thu depending on where you are) or if they are trying to get back in the same normal rhythm as before the new year.
