I found the guide, thanks. So QL is active for 24 hours, cool.
I tried "putin404" code but got no QL.

As any player I've got one QL from the beginning of the game. Can someone explain how it works? Or get a link to a manual?

Yeah, I've found and read it all here and there. One QL allows to launch up to 9 rockets a day, nice. That means a player should be worried more about rocket fuel and space collections in stock more than how many QLs he has. Good balance. And with new The Theory of Everything "QLs for poor" collection QL are going to be even more common item.

Got funny feedback from Tech Support (with d751 PC):
"As to neighbors issues, please note that you can only add Windows 8/10 players as friends. WinPhone game version is not compatible with the one you are playing, and so on."
I've got all kind of neighbors PC-WP-Android working mostly well. What's the sense of saying I couldn't have had them?
