Seems to be no change other than as laid out by Ur-quan here: https://www.airportcitygame.com/threads/ac-news-bulletin-03-02-2021.40024/post-532117

He stated that ‘special airship offers are planned’ - no sign of these, yet. The phrasing made it sound as if they’re still working on the details so time will tell.
Also of note, post download of the update, the in game download was just 1-2MB this time.

I think this is the first download maybe after the reset time will complete the download and sure it will be bigger than 2mp
