I've found that on the Amazon Fire [my support account] there are never any videos to watch. Also, on my iOS device, if I've been using my videos to complete buildings to the extent I'm out of videos, the 3rd button goes away as well. -t

Which is why one would presume that guest planes should offer videos.

I dont know the reason but i think this server problem and internet speed too.

Well, ladies and gentlemen, I think we can ascertain one or both of two things...

1. There's no videos on the Samsung Apps version of the Android game.
2. There's no way of watching videos when guest planes to obtain helicopter building items.

Disappointed, on either count. Such a shame GI won't confirm which it is.

Thanks for coming on this pointless journey with me. I think the only option I have is to drop the broken helicopter, buy a new one and step back. Although, given the other thread regarding whether helicopters are worth it...I would probably bin them completely if they weren't taking up precious space that I can't reclaim.

It would appear that 1 is definitely true, as I've upgraded a non-helicopter building and the videos still aren't showing.

Whether there's a solution to 2, who knows?

Wait maybe the next day you will get videos i am not sure about that but as you said drop the buy new Heli or spend greenies and this hard to spend greenies to upgrade H buildings it will cost a lot.

Watching Videos are available everyday about 10-12 videos everyday....
1. Changing daily task.
2. Getting items for buildings.
3. Instant production for Passenger, Coins, Catering and Solid Fuel...
4. Maybe there are more.

If you cant watch video in android, maybe the reason :
1. Samsung App ( not sure also)
2. Bad connection
3. Wrong connection

For point no 3, I can play everything using my wifi at home, but I can not visit neighbour.
When I change using mobile data, I can.

Maybe you can start changing connection first, if not working than you can using Google account saving the game and reload using Google Play app.

Never been offered one video. Ever.

I think point 1 is probably correct.
2 and 3 aren't an issue. I've got wifi for at least 12 hrs a day, but also 4G and 15GB data a month so I've already tried on/off wifi.

I don't think you can save Samsung Apps games using Google Account - they're treated as totally separate.
Although you can't have both Samsung Apps and Google Play versions on the same device either.

If it was me - I am on a samsug tablet, I'd ask gi support if theres a way to transfer your game to Google play. It would make your life easier. Google play is a bigger platform so can offer you videos and who knows what else. If my main game was windows I would change it to android as well. But it isn't so it's ok for me.

There is, but "we can only transfer your city progress, not your friends, rating, or alliance data."

That's an awful lot of network rebuilding. And would probably cause problems starting back at Level 1?
