Updating MCC to Red

When clicking on additional items required, I get the message "Event Over". I already have the 1 free item. hat does this all mean?

It’s a glitch in GIs programming. Doesn’t mean anything. You should still be able to get the videos.

I have found tho that with upgrading a CT if there is a side mission not finished you can’t get the free videos. Had to land Hawk planes to get 10 drops before the videos are available.

Not quite sure what you mean by side mission. Also, I believe CT is the control tower. I'm at level 7 for it.

Missions are the booklet on the side of the screen. Yes CT Isco troltower. My point was sometimes you can’t be sent, or receive or send yourself, items to build if there is the task in the booklet unfinished. It’s titled Missions.

Ive just checked and if you have event over it’s quite likely you have a mission to finish for the MCC before you can watch videos. I did for CT 6 when I am trying to build 8. Wouldn’t let me. Know I can.

Could it be that you need a CT lvl8 for red launches? Or is a lvl 8 runway required? That might explain it.

No. You just won’t be able to land it. It’ll be stuck waiting. Usually it’s the runway that causes the problem.

You need to be level 31 to build the mcc3. So it’s the CT 6 which corresponds to that and the runway. Which is runway 5.

I think I was allowed 1 free selection and the rest I need as gifts from neighbors. I got the 1 each of the 4 items free. I received several others as gifts. However stopped asking for MCC items while the current event is on. I don't have any outstanding missions pertaining to the MCC. Hope to start asking for MCC level 3 upgrade items ASAP. The only mission I have that might be related is to Upgrade Control Tower to level 8 which I have obviously not completed. I appreciate your help Madge.

I have one runway at level 7, the other at level 4. Could this be the problem? Experience is level 46.

@Old Eagle2 I know you can’t receive or send MCC3 items if you’re not in the specific mission of building MCC3.

And videos before you’re building the items, you can only get 1 item each. When you start building it, you should still be able to get them all by watching videos.

Yes. You don’t have the option of videos before paying for the upgrade.
