There is nothing you can do except wait. It is something you will likely never get used to but that's just how it is - Microsoft are slow to release their updates.
Sounds like the event is rather awful anyway.

Not rude but event release isn’t in the control of gi. It’s each game platform individually. Its only been out for 2 hours!

In a sense of community here, why dont we change our names with ref of our building level, something like "SRH1-EC2". This way our visitors know what we have in advance. We need to support each other to get this done
