@Ur-quan I think there is a big problem with this event.

The ONLY place to get straitjackets is the burial vaults.

The burial vaults drop exactly enough passengers for one flight to Dahshur but the flight also needs straitjackets which don't drop from the vault all the time.

The terminal will be full of possessed passengers (because the event started with a full terminal) and we won't be able to collect from the vaults.

Was this supposed to be the way the event was designed? Was there a mistake in not adding straitjackets to gifting items?

Personally I think it’s a bug. I’m expecting them to fix tomorrow - they’ll have a f* load of complains coming into support. They generally prioritise payment/paid aspects.

@ArditoDesio I don't think you can get daily reward for events anymore.

@Sahilkataria you're correct. I'm stuck too since I have max possessed pax and very little Straitjacket. Last year, we could receive straitjacket from neighbors too. Now we can't.

Now that I think about it, if all events will be like this (we can't receive event items from neighbors), I don't think I'll be happy at all.

So, is there a prize but we don't know how and when we will be able to collect it?

Yesterday a fix appears some hours after the update and the mystery plane boxes were removed from gift for premium user. Sad but ok...

This morning i learn that android users can still get that 2 boxes through premium? how do you explain that android & apple users do not have the same gift even if they pay the same amount? I hope you plan something to repair that because everyone of us would be happy to try to get S2/S3 ...

And now the rewards in IOS keep changing every moment in 15 and 19. if they don’t fix and somehow “apologise” for that many of the regular player will be hesitant to spend again in this game

i face excat same issue. somehow now i feel cheated. guess in further event i will refrain to spend for premium class. wait and watch for few days into event i guess.

The platinum box at level 21 contains a QL, 10 gold coins, 100 silver coins and 10 big explosive pyro bolts. So with the 3 mystery superbuildings you get and lots of smaller things, the €5,49 for the premium pass seems good value to me. Planes or not. Although I would like to get the planes ofcourse.

i dont think i would ask for refund from apple. other rewards are equally good. but the cheating is showing a product and once u pay for it that product doesnt exsist. regardless of what it gives out (even s1 planes)
