We always have breakfast, light lunch and then main meal in evening - except Sunday when we have the main meal, usually a Sunday roast, at lunchtime. Very stuck in our ways LOL!

In the USA, I suppose that there aren't really set mealtimes. Some people will get up at 4 in the morning and eat breakfast early, thus having their other meals earlier in the day. And yet others will get up at 10 in the morning and have their other meals later. When I was growing up in England we always had our main meal in the middle of the day and sandwiches in the evening but now we have our main meal in the evening and a light lunch in the middle of the day. Would be interested in how different countries manage their meals!
