Monday Bank Holiday lunch for today - grilled salmon fillets, steamed Cyprus red potatos with butter and thyme, mixed fresh green salad with red wine and dijon vinaigrette dressing and chilled white wine to drink with the meal. Later on for dessert - cheesecake with mixed fruit.

Very nice - we are going for a lovely rumo steak with a glorious peppercorn sauce, chunky chips, mushrooms and a pint of Boddingtons - oh my!
