WOW - nice. We are back on Steak, homemade chips, peppercorn sauce, mushrooms and onion rings tomorrow, nice beer and a blackberry and apple crumble and custard for afters. Oh I love sunday lunches!!!

So sunday lunch (dinner) at home finally. roast port with broccoli, roast potatoes, roast parsnips, carrots and apple sauce wash down with a glass or three of Rioja watched the gran prix and now settling down with Blue Planet II

ok, we went to Harrogate in Yorkshire for Christmas Shopping and treated ourselves to lunch at Betty's - superb - Christmas Rosti with bacon and chicken, with a cranberry sauce followed by Betty's Christmas Pudding and Rum Sauce. Yum yum!

It is - very old fashioned English tea rooms, but of the type, the best.

It is, first established in 1919 by a Swiss gentleman, if I remember correctly.
