I’ve had this many times on android, I’ve never had to contact support though.
Try opening again and again.... took me 45 mins or so once, but it loaded eventually. Usually works after a few attempts.
I know this is a different platform, but it could be worth a shot if you haven’t tried already.

I'm afraid it might have to do something with my os update last night. When I opened my laptop it said that some files might be missing and then this.
Funny thing is that I don't even know my support code. Is it possible to look it up somewhere in windows?
