Windows Stuck on "Loading"

Hi,

My game did an update this morning and appeared to hang. I closed the game relaunched, but it's now stuck on the "Loading" screen. Anyone else seen this before and, if so, have any clue how to fix it?

I recently switched over to the Desktop app for windows 10.
Now I can't open my support games, they just get stuck on - (loading part 2 of 2 10/10mb)
Been trying for some time. So far unable to gift today. Will try later tonight.
