True, but most neighbors owning one of those also own other good buildings like planetariums, training centers, ets. I personally don't see the difference between visiting one neighbor with 6 of those buildings and 5 with other good buildings, or 6 neigbors with 1 of those buildings and 5 other good buildings /offtopic
