It's pretty easy - just start a new game on your android device, when you hit level 3, submit a ticket to GI support with old and new neighbor codes, as ask them to transfer your game. You will (probably) lose all your neighbors and alliance, but now you can get all new neighbors from the forum.

It may take a few days for GI support to transfer your game, they seem to be running slow right now - odds are you'll lose out on the event Never know - they might transfer you the same day.

When I transferred from windows PC to android, I got the exact same game back, but lost all my neighbors & alliance. Pretty sure the gift list was transferred as it was in the original game - I kept my f20.

Well, the engine is pretty lousy, judging by it's sky-high hardware requirements (eg a dual-core pentium is too slow) and most updates seem to be only for the worse.

Yes Thanks, i already got a Ticket but i don't have the feeling that they can help. Friday was the last message that the Dev Team is contacted and i receive an answer shortly. Now in sunday, i receive a message, if i need more help i have to answer or my request will be closed soon. 2 hours later i got another message they need further Information to solves the request. The same Information , i give them already in Thursday. What's up there? I can not understand and don't know if i get really help there.
