My airport is operational & started 3 Parisian Homes, can't wait to see them. I did my first catastrophe today, meteor strike, thankfully easy to restore. Placed #12 in Neighborhood league, promoted to Suburban league. New Mayor's tasks begin tomorrow. I like the pace, don't have to sit glued to the screen.

I applied in the AC Migrants club in Simcity Buildit. The city name of mine is "Reina del Sur" and just reached level 20. Really addicting...

They stayed with the simcity mindset and as a old timer way back from Simcity 2000, it's a nice touch!

I'm just about to level 15 and need to get to 18 to be allowed on the island. I'll swim out there someday soon and knock on the door. Loaded my first ship and sailed right by the island. You all could have at least waved but I think you may have been up in the club drinking and probably to drunk to even hear the whistle.

Anyway (since I'm talking to myself again) I joined the Season where I guess I will compete for the Mayor's race in the Neighborhood League again. Since I was #12 at end of contest, it's that score that lets me join the Season. Not knowing where I'm going, but I guess I'll find out!

@Xilikon, if you have questions, you may want to ask here. I did find out that if you move your residences close to the beach, they will benefit from the items you build on the beach and increase the population. Also, when you're starting a new building, swap it to a place that has more amenities to get a better looking building.

Yeah anything like beach buildings, some government buildings increase building population, when you purchase said buildings it will state in the pop up what the increase will be, so things like transport, casinos etc etc will increase building population as well.

What are your thoughts of an Area 51 thread for detail discussion or do we still want to tempt people by using this thread ??

Oh and i will be offline on friday. Travel day again to Winnipeg, be around Saturday night and then from sunday onwards most of the early morning and evening times (apart from when I've had a bad day and stop off at the local sports bar on the way home)

All I can say is that I'm throughly enjoying this game. It would be nice if all the items I wanted to buy were available in the world trade market, but the few of us in different time zones, I don't see how much trade we can do among ourselves. When we have more than 4, I can see the Area 51.

When buying items through the Global Trade HQ don't forget to look round the city you're visiting (even if you don't buy anything) as every so often there are free resources/gifts to collect (bubble with a blue present/gift).

I dont think so, i kept most of mine together just cos it looks better, when i get more expansion room i will move them so they are around the Eiffel Tower
