Does anybody not have the option of sending pocket whistle? I'm trying to figure out if it's a selective item or one that everyone can send

I've been getting mine by using the whistles on then tents and occasionally or 'very seldom' you get items towards the collection (which you need 5 collections)

The sound store drops Drumsticks, Drum Set, Equalizer Panel, Subwoofer, and Concert Screen. These items are required to build the Main Stage to Level 3
