There are plenty of them all the time. You just need to have "proper" neighbors

Easiest way to see who is frequent flyer is to check top 100 ranking and see if there is anyone from forum - I found that very useful.

I looked through the top 100 for red launches and added everyone I could. Last weekend I was in back-to-back QL parties to the point that I depleted almost all of the materials to even do red launches lol made 1,000,000 coins in 36 hours between the launch prizes and collections.
