@Robby Kusuma , RS77 is probably the most impressive city I've seen so far. All those buildings increase population limit... do they also produce passengers?

QL parties tend to be private because of hijacking. there are a few open QL parties.
Just observe who launches them, you will soon see a pattern and you can become a regular member.
