I had that on windows. You have to make sure the mouse cursor in the text box and the text cursor is flashing, and type it correctly first time., all in one go. It’s a pain, but yes there is yet another windows problem. Get it wrong and the game just closes.

Yes, mine also. This also happens on the Search textbox - no typing required, just place the cursor inside the textbox and the game evaporates. Glad Im not the only one.

got this problem since update version to 8.23.50. e-mailed tech support but no reaction yet :-(

Any news on progress with this bug? Those of us affected are losing many weekend and midweek codes as a result. GI should consider some compensation for Windows users once this is fixed.
