Crescent moon sent me some , so dont think youre right here. Its not related to level. If you can build level 3 as you have level 2, you can get them as gifts. Its a bug of some sort that you dont get them to gift, but it doesnt stop you receiving them.

So do I ! She sent to me 2 antennas, but I received P5 twice...

I also have started to collect those antennas, but it's weird that I don't seem to have the ability to send them.

Is it because I haven't continued the side-tasks? I didn't want to build cosmic fuel station, so the task is just staying there.
