iOS Plane vanished after taking off

Anybody having the same problem? My Jumbo plane was supposed to take off. It was loading on the runway but I closed the app. When I re-opened the app, the plane disappeared. It's not in the hangar and it's not in the sky either. Under my warehouse of planes, the plane says "Show" instead of "My flights" or "Sell". My flight numbers didn't refresh either.

Close the game and start again.
Today after i update and start the event every thing in the warehouse gone i have many thing there i want to open a ticket i open the game to take screenshot then i found every back.
I hope you plane show up again.

With me already two planes disappeared. Really annoying!

When I opened my game, I had 2 planes that had supposedly landed, but were no where to be found. I opened the flight tab, they were showing as landed, I clicked "complete" next to their flights and they appeared (and gave me my coins & xp). Not sure if this is the same problem, but it worked for me.

I hit the show button and nothing happens!

I've had exactly the same issue with one of my planes marked as show, then nothing happens big. I have the latest update and I've tried turning it off and on again. Grre

Same issue...happened after the last update...
I’ve lost a few airplanes over the past few weeks and I’ve had to purchase them again. Now, I have 2 airplanes...a delta and a PPD that are in limbo somewhere. They never returned from flights and I can’t see them. When I open the warehouse, it shows the planes. However, it had a “show” button instead of “sell” or “my flight”. When I click on the show button, it just takes me to my city. If I click on the hangars the airplanes should be in, it just tells me what type of hangar.

Same happened w/my Jet to Bahamas (close to Bermuda Triangle? )
I assume after 4hrs it'll be back but then again it is GI programmers ,huh?

just flag gt city with your ticket number - it will DRASTICALLY decrease the time till u get help

Im not sure if it is the same at your account since u didnt post a screenshot - but if u see them in the warehouse than u should also flag gt_city

I already sent printscreens of proof! To show my plane is missing. After that, they ignored me. Hoping they will respond today.

Well you can not buy other planes because hangars are blocked by planes that are nowhere ))) and I would not even want to buy others because I worked for two weeks to buy a thunderbird - 900k

@cristian totally understand and I wasn’t suggesting anyone purchase more planes. I was referring to an earlier issue that went unresolved.
