iOS Passengers not counting for Alliance

Landed 4 jets, 4 powerful deltas and 2 jumbos from event locations using fuel to accelerate. Pax count didn’t move, hasn’t all evening, lost thousands.

Ticket no 8358022. Got the same reply from Kate as the rest of you that they have checked everything (lie) and all is well. Love the game but it’s such a shame that their customer service is so badly managed.

My stars flights are increasing which is how I demonstrated that my Alliance count was not increasing in step by means of screenshots. As @kgmcguk1 says, it’s a really great game but the customer service is very poor.

There is definitely a problem. Look at AC Facebook. Look at all the tickets submitted.

I am getting no credit for my flights to my alliance destinations. I have over 15 jumbo flights completed in the last day and not one increased my flight count nor my passenger count sent.

But everything is working properly - didn't you know??? (sarcasm). Did you submit a ticket? Be prepared to be called an idiot or a liar, but it's still best to get it on record.

I'm just going to step back from the problem. Not doing my cancer any good to be getting stressed about a stupid game. Will continue my flights and if it gets fixed, that's great. If not, just going for stars (at least that works), and enjoying the comraderie here at this forum.

I posted on AC facebook, and then posted to AC using messenger. Mainly asked them why support is denying that there is a problem, and none of the mods are addressing it. Probably won't get an answer. A video would be a good idea - I think someone else did it also.

I think once GI gets this problem straightened out, we should all receive a first place alliance reward as compensation for what we have been going through and the humiliation of being told there is nothing wrong except us!! Plus a few greenies wouldn't hurt, either.

I like this suggestion! But I'm quite sure they will ignore it

All the unique flights you've started got registered in the database successfully.
The flight is called unique only in case it performed only once.

I’ve heard that you all are working on the issue. Not sure why it’s so important not to be honest and just admit there is a problem and let us know you are working to resolve the problems.
So, I’ve decided to record the problems since there is so much dishonesty about the problems.
This issue started by affecting my alliance flights and now it is affecting majority of my flights. As you will be able to see in the videos that I will attach, I started out with 30,308 passengers. I landed 1 Turboprop, 1 Jet, 2Deltas, 2Powerful Deltas, 1 Jumbo, and 1 Giant, which equals 2,228 passengers. So please tell me why my total passengers equaled 31,308. It only added 1000 passengers less than 50% of what should have been added.

Also I decided to fly to Maracay twice in the other video I’ve attached and you can see the passenger count never changed and it still said 74 total flights. By the way, I also landed a Jumbo in between videos and that’s another 380 passengers that didn’t not count. The first video was recorded approximately 2.5 hours before the 2nd video.

Do you still want to tell me there isn’t a problem?

I discussed the problem on facebook messenger with someone from AC. They suggested I submit a ticket!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I told them I had submitted 2 tickets, and gave them the #'s. They said there was nothing they could do but would pass the ticket #'s on to the developers for study. At least I made it past Kate.

Anyone else noticed that flights and passengers carried aren’t being counted towards Alliances?

I have the same problem my flights are not being counted, I have sent in a user report via the game ... very frustrating
